This means that once you have bought a product from our website, we take care of everything so you don’t have to be anxious about anything.

Each order we receive will be processed based on the delivery location, and you will hear from us at every step of the way, i.e., when the order is placed, processed, shipped, and delivered. And of course, in case of any questions along the way, just contact our Customer Care and we will resolve your problem right there.

Note - Customers are requested to record and share unboxing videos to claim any missing products. The claim should be raised within 24 hours of receipt of the product, else refund requests will not be processed.
